Job Description

The Mailroom Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient handling, distribution, and tracking of incoming and outgoing mail and packages within an organization.

Location : Bellevue

Temp to hire

Schedule : Mondat-Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm

Pay rate : $25.00-$30.00

Duties :

• Collect incoming mail and packages, inspect for damage, and sort by department or recipient.
• Deliver mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals in a timely manner.
• Package, label, and process outgoing mail using postage meters or courier systems.
• Respond to internal inquiries about mail status and assist with special delivery requests.
• Drive to and from post office, as well as other company locations within the general vicinity, to collect and deliver mail (1.5-2 hours total time in the day.
