MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF RECENT PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN A MANUFACTURING OR ORDER FULFILLMENT ENVIRONMENT
Connect Staffing is seeking a highly organized and bilingual (English / Spanish) Promotional Products Production Manager to oversee a fast-paced production floor at a fulfillment warehouse in Jurupa Valley, CA .
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am–5 : 00pm, with OT as required
Requirements for Promotional Products Production Manager :
2+ years of recent production management experience in a manufacturing, print / embellishment, or order fulfillment environment.
Pass a drug screen and background check.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Proven experience managing production staff and workflow.
Strong understanding of quality control procedures and order processing systems (experience with ERP platforms such as Cyn7 or ShipStation is a plus).
Comfortable using and troubleshooting equipment such as heat press machines, printers, and other production tools.
Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
Prior experience in roles such as Production Supervisor, Fulfillment Manager, Manufacturing Lead, Warehouse Production Coordinator, Print Production Manager, or Operations Manager is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Promotional Products Production Manager :
Oversee daily production operations, including picking, embellishment, packing, and shipping of promotional products.
Organize and prioritize order flow in coordination with account managers, adapting to shifting deadlines and seasonal demands.
Conduct thorough quality checks on inbound shipments and finished products to ensure high standards are maintained.
Manage the embellishment process, including setup, supervision, and improvement of decoration techniques and equipment.
Review outbound shipments to ensure accuracy in branding, packing, and labeling.
Train and develop production staff, conduct performance evaluations, and enforce SOPs.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies to prevent delays in production.
Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
Maintain consistent communication with account managers and team members to address issues and provide updates.
