Our state-of-the-art facility also includes an Emergency Room, Critical Care, Med / Surg, and Telemetry departments.\n\nPosition Summary for RN Urgent Care Night Shift\n\nThis full-time position involves providing direct clinical patient care in our Urgent Care department during night shifts. As a Registered Nurse, you will take charge of assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost compassion and professionalism. You will supervise other staff members as appropriate and support the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining high standards of nursing care and resource management.\n\nTo excel in this role, you will utilize your nursing skills to provide age-specific care in alignment with legal, hospital, and departmental guidelines, as well as the standards set by the State of Tennessee Board of Nursing.\n\nEducation : Current RN licensure / permit in the state of Tennessee.\n\nExperience : Not required, new graduates are encouraged to apply!\n\nProfessional Requirements : Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree).\n\nCertifications Required by Hospital and Department : \n

• BLS - Certification required upon hire for all nursing positions.\n
• ACLS - Required within 3 months of hire for specific nursing departments.\n
• CPI - Required within 3 months of hire for designated roles, including Emergency and Behavioral Health.\n
