Key Responsibilities
Manage editorial teams and contribute to content strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational mission
Develop and refine the editorial voice and manage brand guidelines for consistent messaging
Lead and develop a team of editorial professionals, fostering growth and innovation in content creation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
Minimum of eight years of related work experience, including management responsibilities
Strong journalistic background and understanding of branding and storytelling
Ability to manage budgets and develop fiscal strategies
Strong interest in animal protection issues preferred
