Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI / ML models to tackle complex business and technical challenges.
• Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to create intelligent features and tools.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets for training and validating models.
• Optimize model performance and ensure scalability in production.
• Stay sharp by keeping up with emerging trends, tools, and frameworks in AI and machine learning.
• Document your work—from model architecture to code—for transparency and team collaboration.
• Follow best practices for AI model governance, data privacy, and cybersecurity in regulated environments.
• Troubleshoot and fine-tune models in both dev and production settings.

Qualifications

Education

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field in both development and production settings.

Location

Location : This position and individual will be based out of Sioux Falls, SD, Sioux Center, IA or Omaha, NE

Travel

Travel : The amount of travel will vary according to business requirements (may be up to 10%). This is an in person role and the selected candidate must be in one of the listed locations.
