The Manager Of Strategic Accounts Performance Management is responsible for driving customer performance improvements through rigorous performance audits, economic research, and cross-functional collaboration. This individual contributor role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with pricing contractual agreements and delivering actionable insights to key business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in pricing strategy, analytics, and stakeholder engagement within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Operations

• Conduct weekly and monthly customer performance audits to ensure compliance with pricing agreements.
• Collaborate with Pricing Strategic Accounts, Deal Pricing, Professional Advisory & Services, and Financial Systems teams to align pricing strategies with customer needs and profitability goals.
• Perform economic research and item-level reviews, sharing insights with cross-functional teams.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and serve as a key contact for internal pricing inquiries, occasionally engaging directly with customers.
• Monitor pricing trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to generate forecasts and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Lead initiatives to improve pricing efficiency and accuracy through process improvements and technology enhancements.
• Assist in the development of dashboards and analytics that provide performance insights and support strategic decision-making.
