Leaky's Plumbing & A / C is growing fast in San Antonio, and we're looking for a confident, driven, prospecting salesperson to help us become the dominant force in commercial plumbing and HVAC across the city.

You won't be doing this alone — we have a support team to help with admin tasks so you can focus on prospecting, building relationships and closing deals.

What You'll Do

  • Sell commercial plumbing and HVAC service, maintenance, and replacements
  • Visit local businesses daily — apartments, medical buildings, restaurants, offices, churches, property managers, etc.
  • Manage key accounts and bring in new ones
  • Build a pipeline of repeat customers who rely on us
