job_description.job_card.job_descriptionExperience in property management or leasing Experience reviewing contracts Assist potential tenants in the leasing process, including application completion and property tours Provide exceptional customer service to all prospective tenants and ensure a positive experience Collaborate with the property management team to maintain property occupancy and ensure leasing goals are met Handle lease and rental inquiries and facilitate the resolution of tenant issues when necessary Support the marketing and promotion of available properties to attract potential tenants Frequently travel between properties, including walking, standing, and conducting on-site inspections Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs (e.g., files, small equipment, signage) Regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment Perform work in both office and on-site property environments, with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions Fast-paced, deadline-driven setting requiring multitasking and occasional after-hours availability Other duties as assigned by the Director of Property Management Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Employer will conduct a background check prior to first day of employment Population of apartment complex is 90% Spanish speaking Full time, Monday to Friday $19 to $21 per hour - depending on experience Medical, dental, vision and life insurance Paid vacation and sick pay Travel expenses
