We are looking for individuals who want professional-level experience and have the initiative, skills, and drive to excel. This program will give individuals an opportunity to work alongside professionals in the live entertainment and venue management industry. Interns will gain working knowledge of marketing in an arena setting. The Digital Marketing Intern will support all aspects of the CFG Bank Arena marketing team, including social media, website, app, digital assets, email, social media calendar, on-site activations, and grassroots marketing.This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00This position will remain open until October 17, 2025.Essential Duties & Responsibilities : Assistwithconceptualizingand?curatingcontent to be used to grow the CFG Bank Arena databaseandorganic footprint across all digital platforms.Helpwithcontentcreationand schedulingforsocial media channels to support events, venue, guest services, promotionalactivityand premium sales goals, etc.Assistwith uploadingonall venue digital platforms.Monitoring sitesandengaging in real-time social media activities during event announcements and on sales, event days, etc.A creative eye for memes, hashtags, and other social media trends.Capture engaging, behind the scenes content day of event.Assistwith other duties as it relates to the marketing department & the requests by leadership team.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Interns are a crucial part of our department; responsibility and accountability are a large component of the experience.Events include family shows, concerts, sporting events and several special events.Be adaptable and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.High level of demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain sensitive information.Required Experience & Qualifications : Current Junior or Senior at an accredited university or graduated within the past 6-12 months.Experience indigital marketing.Proficient in social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Threads)Proven ability to think strategically with a willingness to roll up sleeves andexecuteprojects.Knowledgeable in Adobe Suite and Canva.Knowledgeable in Sprout and other content management systems.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work in a teamsetting.Willingness to learn and openness tocoaching.Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays requiredAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
