Job Description :

First Baptist Church, Covington is seeking an associate minister to give leadership to their college ministry at FBC. We are looking for a humble leader who is actively growing in a relationship with Jesus. We need a person who is passionate about this generation and who can develop leadership teams and disciple college students. We believe college ministry is one of the strategic people groups the church must reach. This position offers the opportunity to serve in a "religious region", yet abounding with gospel outreach opportunities. It also affords the opportunity to serve on a team with long tenured staff members in a large church that will help mentor and guide the candidate. Covington is located just 20 minutes from the 3rd largest college student bodies in Louisiana, many of whom are unreached for Christ.

Position Qualifications :

We desire a candidate with a heart full of Jesus who will commit to seeing the Kingdom come and God's will done in College students in Covington as it is in heaven.
