We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist I to join our team. In this role, you will process and reconcile divisional payrolls, support payroll operations across the organization, and serve as a resource to managers and field payroll staff. This role is based out of our corporate offices in Downtown Milwaukee.

What you will be doing :

• Provide professional, customer-focused communication to all levels of the organization.
• Process and reconcile divisional payrolls with accuracy and timeliness.
• Administer garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, and other deductions.
• Process general deductions and reconcile related payments.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.
• Process direct deposit applications and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits.
• Assist with system testing, special projects, maintaining and organizing files and other initiatives as assigned.
