Revenue Cycle Analyst

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Analyst II to support the Revenue Cycle Management team.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate problems and solutions to stakeholders, presenting data effectively

Develop timely reporting and business analysis, tracking issue action plans

Analyze root causes, suggest process improvements, and build data models for efficiency

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Bachelor's degree in business, informatics, or a quantitative field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience

Fundamental understanding of revenue cycle principles and data modeling

Working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS coding, denial resolution, and HIPAA regulations

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with data tools like Looker and Power BI preferred
