Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll execution
Serve as the main point of contact for complex client payroll inquiries and manage expectations
Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring compliance with local tax authorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3 to 5 years of professional experience in payroll and HR in the designated country / region
Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll policies
Proven experience managing external clients or vendors in payroll services
