Position Summary

Responsible for supervising the professional greeting of patients, family members, employees and visitors by receptionists

Qualifications

Education : High school graduate / GED

Related work experience : 1 to 3 years

Job Duties :

• Manages reception area and staff
• Greets visitors, employees, family members, and patients
• Ensure all staff maintain the desired professional level of Service Excellence
• Answers telephones promptly and professionally
• Notifies hospital and medical staff timely when needed
• Facilitates response to emergency codes
• Facilitates safe, friendly environment
• Ensures patient belongings are logged and safe
• Adheres to facility philosophy and policies
