Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and accurately gather customer requirements
Ensure timely and precise data entry regarding vehicle location and billing information
Provide updates to customers on event status and collaborate with dispatchers as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Up to 2 years of experience in a related field
Strong customer service experience
A degree in a related discipline is preferred
Availability for weekend and evening shifts
