  • ???? Apartment Community Maintenance Technician – Join Our Team! ????

Ready to grow your maintenance career in a vibrant apartment community? Century is hiring a Maintenance Technician to help keep our communities safe, beautiful, and running smoothly!

What you’ll do :

  • Turn and maintain apartments to high standards
  • Complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
  • Keep common areas clean, safe, and inviting
  • Manage inventory and work closely with the property team
  • Work with our entire maintenance crew on an on-call emergency rotation

    • What we’re looking for :

    ✅ 2+ years of apartment or property maintenance experience is required; HVAC certification is recommended

    ✅ Valid driver’s license

    ✅ Strong repair, customer service, and problem-solving skills

    ✅ Positive, teachable attitude

    (Certifications not required; pay reflects experience and credentials)
