Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation projects from kickoff to successful go-live
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition through the implementation process
Required Qualifications
0 - 4 years of project management, onboarding, or implementation experience in a SaaS, logistics, or eCommerce environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency with Salesforce, Jira, or project management tools
Understanding of eCommerce workflows, including 3PL integrations and shipping carriers
