  • Key Responsibilities As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be a hero for homeowners, ensuring their comfort systems run flawlessly.

    • Your daily responsibilities include :

  • Expertly install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues with pinpoint accuracy, delivering brilliant, effective solutions.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and proactive preventative maintenance to optimize system performance and expertly prevent future problems.
  • Masterfully install, repair, or replace crucial components like compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members to coordinate schedules, prioritize calls, and conquer assignments efficiently.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, explaining repair options, addressing concerns, and providing insightful recommendations for system improvements.
  • Accurately document all service activities, detailing equipment status, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
  • Stay passionately updated on cutting-edge industry advancements and technologies to continuously sharpen your technical skills and expand your knowledge.
  • What We're Looking For A minimum of 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC experience, with proven, unwavering proficiency in diagnosing and expertly repairing systems.
  • Valid EPA Certification REQUIRED Valid HVAC technician license is highly preferred Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and uncompromising safety standards.
  • Exhibit exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities that tackle any challenge.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and communication, embodying a true customer-first mindset and building lasting relationships.
