About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Influencer / Creator Manager to grow Sesh’s creator program - our ambassador and affiliate network showcasing the diverse community choosing Sesh. This role centers on building relationships with Instagram, X, and YouTube creators, executing high-impact campaigns, and engaging directly with our online community to drive brand awareness and growth. You’ll work closely with our Director of Content, manage day-to-day partnerships, and play a key role in how Sesh+ shows up online.
Role Descriptions
Influencer & Creator Management
- Source, establish, and nurture relationships with creators at all levels to build authentic brand love
- Design and execute influencer, paid, and affiliate campaigns that align with brand objectives - maximizing reach, authenticity, and engagement
- Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with brand / legal guidelines
- Collaborate with influencers and affiliates to develop content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand adoption
- Strategically seed products to creators to generate organic buzz and authentic content
- Lead ongoing influencer community management to foster long-term engagement and loyalty
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Upfluence and other analytics platforms
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging creators to keep Sesh+ ahead of the curve
Social Media & Community Engagement
Engage with our community daily by commenting, liking, and responding to DMs across all social channelsSupport day-to-day posting, scheduling, and platform managementTrack and surface community insights, trends, and feedback to help guide brand voice and content directionHelp spark and shape conversations that strengthen Sesh+’s presence onlineQualifications
2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate / ambassador program management, or social media community managementStrong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X / Twitter) and influencer / affiliate tools (Upfluence)Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable managing multiple creators at onceOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to balance day-to-day operations with strategic growthComfortable working in a regulated industry (nicotine / harm reduction) and excited about Sesh’s missionWhat We Offer
