Barbaicum is currently seeking a proficient Senior Administrative Support Analyst to join our dynamic team in support of the Program Executive Office Soldier, focusing on the engineering, building, testing, and deployment of innovative cloud service offerings.

Responsibilities :

• Provides senior executive level secretarial and administrative travel support, and human resources supporting the PM / PEO and others as necessary.
• Individual's work may also include handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Manage PM / PEO calendar using MS Outlook.
• Performs in a leadership role in providing administrative and general office support.
• Prepares a variety of documents, such as : correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software.
• Advises writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications.
• May be required to train administrative support analyst.
