What You'll Do

Manage 85%

pre-set company appointments

and self-generate 15% of your own leads

Meet with homeowners to explain services, build rapport, and assess roofing needs

Conduct thorough roof inspectionsincluding confidently climbing and descending ladders

Provide accurate estimates and close deals with professionalism and transparency

Maintain and update records in our CRM system

Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction

Deliver an exceptional sales experience that builds trust and long-term relationships

What You Bring

Previous sales experience (roofing, construction, or home improvement is a

plus

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to

set up and climb a 32-ft ladder

for rooftop inspections

High school diploma or equivalent

CRM proficiency and tech-savviness

Self-motivation, confidence, and goal-oriented mindset

required

Must have or be willing to obtain a

Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) Sales License

Must pass a pre-employment drug test and agree to random testing
