We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! We are a General Contractor based in Panama City, Florida. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of onsite projects.

Core Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
• Leadership - Establish communication chain of command, rules and regulations upon project commencement.
• Logistics - Plan the project short and long term and provide 2 week look ahead to management. Schedule subcontractors efficiently.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors. Hold safety meetings frequently and maintain proper job site safety.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain Budgets and cost controls.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Document Review - Read all specifications, drawings, and construction contracts. Review subcontractor and vendor pricing, invoices, and quotes. Review scope of work, alternates, and qualifications.
• Permitting - Obtain and understand all required inspections and Certificates of Occupancy / Completion.
