Beacon Hill is seeking a Project Coordinator (Contract) to support operations at a professional office in Kennesaw, GA.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join a collaborative environment and play a key role in project coordination, client support, and operational logistics. This is an open-ended contract position with potential for extended engagement.
In this role, you'll coordinate project schedules, support account managers, and assist with design, production, and shipping phases for client installations. The team offers a friendly, supportive culture where on-the-job training and growth are encouraged.
Daily Duties :
Coordinate project timelines and communicate with account managers, field teams, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Support the design phase by verifying measurements, reviewing preliminary designs, and educating clients on product installation.
Track shipping and delivery, follow up on specialty items, and ensure successful project completion.
Maintain detailed project records, correspondence, and documentation to support client satisfaction and internal reporting.
Top Three Daily Tasks :
Coordinating project schedules and resolving unique logistical situations.
Supporting the design phase and verifying project details with clients and field teams.
Managing shipping, delivery, and post-install follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate :
Minimum 1 year of construction or project coordination experience.
Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Additional Details :
Location : Kennesaw, GA (onsite)
Hours : 40-hour workweek, flexible schedule
Pay Rate : $26-$28.80 / hour
Training : On-the-job training provided
