Job Overview

The Vendor Management team within Marketing, Transformation and Delivery is responsible for the strategic sourcing, selection, onboarding, performance management, and relationship cultivation of all external vendors critical to the successful execution of marketing initiatives. This role ensures that our marketing efforts are supported by high-quality, cost-effective, and reliable vendor partnerships, aligning with strategic marketing objectives and operational excellence. The Vendor Manager will act as a primary liaison between internal marketing teams and external service providers, driving efficiency, mitigating risks, and fostering innovation within our vendor ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

1. Vendor Strategy & Sourcing :

• Collaborate with channel leads to develop and implement a comprehensive vendor strategy for marketing execution, identifying key vendor categories (e.g. digital platforms, content creation / management / deployment, print services).
• Conduct market research to identify potential new vendors, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing vendor management.
• Participate in the vendor selection process, including RFI / RFP development, proposal evaluation, and capabilities assessments.
• Assist sourcing and business leads on negotiating contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure favorable terms, cost efficiency, and alignment with business needs.

7-10 years of marketing vendor management experience required.
