Construction Engineer

Base pay range

$55.00 / hr - $60.00 / hr

Payrate : $55.00 - $60.00 / hr.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Implementation : Drive the execution of overall project goals by collaborating with internal teams like RF, Real Estate, Regulatory, and Network Assurance.
• Manage Project Finances : Oversee project finances from proposal to completion, including reviewing and creating purchase and equipment orders while maintaining a healthy capital budget.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams : Provide governance and direction for multiple work streams to ensure the success of network programs.
• Optimize Project Completion : Apply sound engineering principles to manage projects from beginning to end, working with vendors and internal teams to consider cost, time, and deployment options.
• Drive Process Improvement : Act as a catalyst for change, improving and leveraging existing processes to increase efficiency.
• Develop Reporting and Quality Dashboards : Create and deliver reports and dashboards that track milestones and identify bottlenecks.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $55.00 - $60.00 / hr . Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
