Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffees & Teas and full service beverage programs, is seeking a Key Account Representative to support our convenience store business in the Madison area. This is an opportunity for a creative sales professional to build relationships with our current customers through positive communication techniques including phone calls, emails and stopping by the customer to "check in". The Key Account Rep will assist a Regional Sales team by developing and maintaining relationships with key account customers. This position does require travel by car including some overnights.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as primary point of contact for existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any service-related issues
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs and reinforce the value of Ronnoco's products and services.
- Identify potential risks of customer churn and proactively implement retention strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Graphics, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to improve our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Represent Ronnoco Beverage Solutions at industry events, tradeshows and customer meetings as needed.
- Upgrade equipment and POS at customer locations when needed.
- Maintain high level of product knowledge and service equipment
- Assist Sales with reports and other data as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
High school diploma required, college degree preferredSome professional sales experience a plus, including cold calling experienceProfessional appearance and attitudeProficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to use database management systems or CRM to provide, organize, and track customer informationAbility to provide exceptional customer service both internally and externallyExcellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with all teamsStrong organizational, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environmentTeam playerAbility to maintain confidentialityMust be able to pass drug test and physicalAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and the ability to stand for long periods of timeRonnoco specializes in coffee manufacturing and private label beverage programs.
