Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Strong analytical capabilities combined with creative thinking to drive innovation and business results. Understanding of cost structures, profitability, and basic P&L components. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the full lifecycle of product development initiatives-including new product launches, line extensions, packaging updates, formula modifications, and sourcing enhancements-from concept through commercialization.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Packaging, Sourcing, Regulatory, Compliance, Consumer Insights, Legal, and Analytics to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Contribute to category planning by analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitive data to shape strategic product roadmaps.
- Coordinate with internal partners to align timelines, project priorities, and launch execution across all touchpoints.
- Manage the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely setup of products, data entry, and pricing integrity.
- Work closely with Marketing to support product positioning, brand messaging, launch campaigns, and consumer engagement efforts.
- Track and analyze performance of new product introductions to identify opportunities for improvements, innovation, or promotional support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier engagement during development, staying informed on vendor capabilities through trade shows, audits, and site visits.
- Provide regular reporting on product progress, sales performance, and strategic recommendations related to pricing, promotions, or portfolio growth.
