We’re looking for a Nesting Manager to lead and support our newest class of Sales Agents as they transition from classroom training to taking live client calls.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with deep knowledge of the debt settlement industry and a passion for helping new salespeople gain confidence, master compliance standards, and close deals ethically and effectively.
What You’ll be doing :
- Oversee new hire groups immediately following classroom training (typically 15–30 agents per month).
- Reinforce product knowledge, compliance requirements, and the sales script through live call monitoring and real-time coaching. Daily systems trainings in Salesforce and other platforms Conduct daily huddles and debrief sessions to review performance trends, address challenges, and celebrate wins.
- Partner closely with the Training Department to ensure continuity between classroom training and live call performance.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to agents to improve communication, objection handling, and conversion skills.
- Track individual progress and identify top performers and those needing additional support.
- Deliver feedback constructively, using recorded calls and performance data to drive measurable improvement.
- Develop and maintain a positive, high-energy environment that encourages learning and accountability.
- Ensure all interactions align with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and partner compliance standards.
- Support QA initiatives by monitoring adherence to disclosures, tone, and call structure.
- Partner with Operations and QA to continuously refine the nesting curriculum based on feedback and data.
What you’ll Bring :
3+ years of experience in sales, debt settlement, call center leadership, or sales training.Proven ability to coach or lead new or developing sales talent.Strong understanding of debt settlement regulations, client qualification, and enrollment processes.Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate and inspire others while maintaining accountability.Previous experience as a Sales Trainer, Team Lead, or QA Supervisor in the debt relief or financial services industry.Experience using CRM systems, Salesforce, call monitoring tools, and performance dashboards.Why Work for Symple Lending :
