Subject : Family Law Paralegal
Family Law firm in Fontana is hiring a detail-driven Paralegal to support high-volume casework from intake through judgment and post-judgment. This role partners closely with attorneys, clients, courts, and vendors to keep matters moving with accuracy and urgency.
On-site in Fontana, Monday to Friday, standard business hours
Key responsibilities
Draft, format, and file pleadings, declarations, discovery, disclosures, and trial binders
Manage case calendars, deadlines, and hearings; coordinate service and filings (e-filing and in-person)
Organize discovery, subpoenas, disclosures, and exhibit lists; summarize financials and evidence
Maintain client communication, schedule consultations, and prepare clients for hearings and mediations
Track retainers, vendor invoices, and cost recoveries; coordinate with billing
Maintain accurate, confidential case files and uphold firm policies and court rules
Qualifications
2 plus years of family law paralegal experience in California
Strong knowledge of California Rules of Court, local rules, and e-filing procedures
Proficiency with MS Office and legal case management software
Excellent writing, organization, and follow-through; high attention to detail
Paralegal certificate or ABA-approved program preferred
