Job Summary
The Lead Host is the person in charge of delegating responsibilities to the other hosts for the shift. This position will run the reservation board and are anchored at the host stand for the duration of the shift. They are the main point of contact for all other hosts.

Qualifications And Requirements
Experience working in a high-volume restaurant a plus.Experience working in a leadership type role; strong motivator.Passion for creating memorable moments of hospitality for our guests.Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with peers and Guests.Ability to understand, speak and follow written and verbal instruction in EnglishStrong attention to detail and well organizedExcels in a team environment and is viewed as a team player by all Team MembersThe ability to stay positive and calm under pressure.A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certificationsMust be at least 18 years oldPhysical Requirements
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs.Must be able to stand and / or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while possibly navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.Next Level Brands is an Equal Opportunity employer.
