As Restaurant Manager you will oversee a top-tier culinary program rooted in quality, creativity, and seasonal expression. This role demands a combination of leadership, operational expertise, and a strong grasp of cocktail culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in service and execution.
Train and mentor a skilled service team and support in house management team.
Experience with TOAST or Open table is highly preferred.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with NYC DOH .
Collaborate with ownership and culinary teams on programming and events.
Qualifications
4+ years of Restaurant management experience in a high-volume, steak house or american food driven restaurant.
Strong leadership and communication skills; thrives in a team-first environment.
Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage inventory and a service team.
A commitment to hospitality, creativity, and continuous improvement.
