LHH is assisting a client with their search for a Credit and Collections Specialist . This is a fully onsite, contract to hire opportunity. Please read on for more details!
Responsibilities :
Assess credit applications and set up customer accounts.
Monitor overdue accounts and contact clients for payment.
Keep accurate records of collections activities.
Resolve billing disputes with sales and service teams.
Placing and releasing credit holds.
Report on account status to management.
Recommend escalation, legal action, or write-offs per policy.
Qualifications :
2-3+ years’ experience in commercial credit, collections, or accounts receivable.
Shared service background preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Solid knowledge of credit principles and collections.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Attention to detail and organization.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Pay Details : $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
