The CRM Manager will own and operate PopSockets' lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, and loyalty. This role is more than just sending communicationsit requires someone who can strategically operate toward quantitative KPIs, with customer LTV (30, 90, and 365 day) as the north star. The ideal candidate not only understands the levers that drive retention but also how creative storytelling and visual communication inspire customers to see one purchase as the start of an ongoing relationship, delivering the right mix of flows, campaigns, and touchpoints across the CRM ecosystem.
