Cardiac Stepdown RN Job Details Assignment Type : Travel Nursing Location : Hummelstown, PA 17036 (Central Pennsylvania nursing jobs) Healthcare Setting : Cardiac Stepdown (PIMCU) Contract Duration : 13 weeks (October 7, 2025 - January 4, 2026) Hours per Week : 36 Nursing Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM) Schedule : Every other weekend and every other holiday Estimated Weekly Salary : $1,990 - $2,130 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Pennsylvania compact state) At least 1 year of recent experience in Cardiac Stepdown, Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or similar acute care setting (3 years Level 1 Trauma RN experience preferred) Experience with home ventilators required Current PALS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred) Fingerprinting required for Pennsylvania healthcare jobs Cerner EMR charting experience preferred Cardiac Stepdown RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Stepdown unit Float to other pediatric or children's units as needed and serve as a 1 : 1 sitter for patients Provide care for patients from various surgical service lines and medicine overflow Monitor and manage patients on home ventilators Accurately document patient care using Cerner EMR system Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Apply now to join our healthcare team as a Travel Cardiac Stepdown RN in Hummelstown, PA, and take the next step in your nursing career!
