Solutions AEC, a trailblazing Engineering, Commissioning, and Consulting firm, is searching for an exceptional Project Operations Director to join our elite executive team. If you’re driven to remove barriers, inspire high-performing teams, and execute our ambitious SAEC VTO, this is your opportunity to redefine leadership in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

As a national leader in design / build MEP services, we’re seeking a seasoned professional with 15+ years of technical experience to guide our operational strategy. Bring your expertise, passion, and innovative mindset to help us stay ahead of the curve and deliver unparalleled results.

What You’ll Do :

  • Attract, develop, and retain a top-tier operations team through effective selection, training, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones with Discipline Leads and Project Managers to boost communication, morale, and alignment with company goals.
  • Delegate and supervise responsibilities, providing guidance to maximize team performance and company profitability.
  • Dive into financial reports to ensure operational success and contribute to setting company-wide priorities.
  • Anticipate market trends, implementing forward-thinking changes to keep us competitive.
  • Build and refine repeatable processes that drive efficiency and excellence across the organization.
  • Collaborate with our executive team to execute the SAEC vision and champion our core values.

What You Bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Professional Engineering License a plus).
  • 15+ years of technical experience with a proven track record in operational leadership.
  • Expertise in operational systems, financial analysis, and process optimization.
  • Exceptional communication, delegation, and mentorship skills with a knack for inspiring teams.
  • A methodical approach to goal-setting, a passion for efficiency, and a servant-leader mindset.
  • Bonus : Experience with strategic initiatives, executive team collaboration, or market forecasting.
