Overview
Provide recruiting support to each department through job postings, interview process and placement. Coordinate all phases of the onboarding process through associate file building and compliance with all documents. Responsible for compliance with performance review process and deadlines. Supports associates with benefit program and coordination. Assists managers and associates with problem resolutions. Monitor compliance with local, state and federal laws, as well as established policies and procedures. Supports retention and engagement efforts for each hotel, meeting goals and compliance standards. Provide feedback on performance management topics, from PIPs, to correction actions. Full understanding and support of 5 driver culture. Provide support from HR perspective. Perform any reasonable request as assigned or directed by management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related business fieldMinimum 1 years' experience leading HR functions, demonstrating proven investigation and problem resolution skillsStrong business communication skills verbal and writtenStrong presentation skills and ability to train at leadership and hourly levelKnowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulationsHigh work ethic and self-initiativeStrong ability to multi task and manage multiple projectsAbility to problem solve and use strong judgement skillsStrong computer skills in Microsoft SuiteSome travel may be requiredRegular attendance according to established guidelinesMay be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the propertyMust possess basic computational abilityFocus and maintain attention to tasks, and complete work assignments on time despite frequent interruptionsAbility to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all timesAbility to converse calmly with upset associates, superiors and guests in intense emotional situationsAbility to participate in, and at times lead departmental and / or hotel team meetingsPhysical Requirements
