A recognized real estate firm in San Francisco, CA is actively seeking a new Desktop Support Engineer to join their team on an ongoing contract basis.
Responsibilities :
Provide hands-on support for 70 to 90 desks and 300+ staff
Issue / setup laptops, install software, support conference rooms
Handle walk-up requests, remote support across the Americas, and some security tickets
Use FreshService ticketing system to ensure timely resolution
Assist with the December office move (equipment setup, monitors, meeting rooms, etc.)
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications :
3+ years of Desktop Support experience
Experience with Ticketing Systems
Experience setting up laptops for new hires
Experience troubleshooting issues with Office business applications
Must be confident, approachable, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
