Senior Manager, Global Sourcing

A company is looking for a Senior Manager for their Global Sourcing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to client needs

Design and refine operational processes to ensure efficiency and consistency

Manage and mentor a team of Import Managers, overseeing production challenges

Required Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in global sourcing, supply chain, or product development

Prior experience working directly with overseas manufacturers

Strong knowledge of product compliance and manufacturing processes

Proven ability to manage teams and oversee large volumes of concurrent projects

Strong financial acumen with experience evaluating costs and protecting profitability
