JOB SUMMARY : We are seeking a Senior Engineer of New Product Development to join our team at NH Ball Bearings. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, evaluating and recommending new processes and / or equipment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop, evaluate, and recommend new processes and / or equipment to support strategic objectives within the New Produce Development group.
• Lead and support technical initiatives and tasks.
• Work directly with end-users to develop and design systems.
• Work directly with our customers on testing, development and strategic initiatives.
• Provide leadership, instruction and training to coworkers and others involved in assigned projects, as needed.
