Client Services Coordinator
Location : Strongsville, Ohio 44136
Schedule : Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, with 1–2 evening workshops per month
Compensation : Starting at $19 per hour, could be higher depending on experience
Benefits : 12 days PTO (earned 1 day per month), paid major holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator (CSC) who will be the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients. The CSC will lead, guide, and coordinate all client-related efforts while adhering to firm processes and ensuring specific, measurable results. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, skilled at multitasking, and thrives in a client-focused environment.
This position requires strong PC skills, attention to detail, and coordination abilities, along with the ability to serve clients in a professional and compassionate manner.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional, and welcoming mannerAnswer incoming phone calls and handle appropriately, including next stepsMake outgoing calls to clients and prospective clientsSchedule appointments and manage the firm’s calendarsEnter and maintain accurate data in practice management softwareProcess and record payments receivedMaintain timely and professional communication with clients via phone, email, and written correspondencePrepare client files, documents, and correspondenceNotarize and witness documents as neededAssist with gathering client forms and supporting documentsOrder and manage office suppliesCreate and present statistical reports using practice management softwareCoordinate client matters with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless serviceProvide support to other team members with daily tasks and projectsRun occasional office errands, such as to the post office or courthouseAssist with planning and attending firm workshops and events (1–2 evenings per month)Qualifications and Skills
