What Youll Be Doing :

• Travel to customer homes to diagnose and repair appliances including solar, refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, washers, and dryers
• Use tools like multi-meters and diagnostic equipment to evaluate electrical and mechanical issues
• Respectfully work inside customers homes, ensuring cleanliness and professionalism
• Communicate clearly with customers about the problem, solution, pricing, and next steps
• Track service visits, repair status, and parts orders using job tracking software
• Research repair processes and parts using technical resources
• Suggest and explain additional services such as preventive maintenance, dryer vent cleaning, solar or appliance protection plans
