Project Manager / Superintendent - Ground-Up Commercial Construction

Position Overview We are seeking a Project Manager / Superintendent (hybrid leadership role) to oversee a ground-up commercial build from preconstruction through final turnover. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in the office (contracts, budgets, schedules, pay apps) and in the field (jobsite leadership, subcontractor coordination, safety oversight).
