Reimbursement Specialist

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

Manage aged accounts, process appeals, and reconcile credit balance accounts

Collaborate with patients, clinicians, and insurers to ensure timely account collections

Participate in the Quality Assurance plan and comply with CLIA and HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

3-5 years of experience in medical billing, health insurance, or collections

Preferred experience in insurance billing

Working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding is preferred but not required

Ability to manage time effectively
