Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success. Review project designs, drawings, and specifications to identify any potential issues or opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all project sites. Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders. Address and resolve any project-related challenges or disputes as they arise.
