Job Description

Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel. Ensure projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project flow. Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations. Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications. Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively to minimize delays. Maintain detailed daily reports and documentation of progress. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear communication.
