Job Description
Project Execution & Management : Lead all on-site activities for custom home builds, ensuring alignment with plans, codes, and schedules.
Proactively resolve issues to maintain progress. Scheduling & Coordination : Develop and manage detailed project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution.
Quality Control : Enforce high-quality standards through regular inspections and corrective actions to meet or exceed industry and client expectations.
Subcontractor Oversight : Select, manage, and evaluate subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timelines.
Safety & Compliance : Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Cost Management : Monitor budgets, approve invoices, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Client Relations : Serve as the primary client liaison, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
Change Management : Assess and implement scope changes with attention to schedule, budget, and quality impact.
Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records and generate regular status and risk reports.
Team Leadership : Lead and support on-site teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.

The Successful Applicant
5-10 years of construction / supervisory experience
High-end residential / custom home experience
MA-CSL
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
