Overview
Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Senior Recruiter to support the People Team in a full-time, hybrid position (Burien, WA).
The Senior Recruiter is a strategic partner to NKC hiring leaders, NKC leadership, stakeholders, colleagues, and the community. As a talent advisor, the senior recruiter will continually recruit and source, partnering with hiring leaders for current and future staffing needs to best support building candidate pipelines. The Senior Recruiter will engage in talent community development and speak to market trends to best support NKC. The role will build strategies to fill a variety of positions from hard-to-fill to high-volume roles, manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from requisition posting through acceptance of offers, and maintain relationships with internal candidates to support internal mobility. The senior recruiter will collaborate closely with the broader Human Resources team and internal stakeholders to ensure effective hiring and onboarding of NKC employees and to support HR and organizational strategies and initiatives.
Shift : Full-time, Monday - Friday, 1.0 FTE / Exempt
