Demand Planner

Entry-Level Demand Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Demand Planner to join our supply chain team. This role is responsible for supporting the demand planning process by analyzing sales trends, forecasting demand, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical models.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather input and align forecasts with business objectives.
• Maintain and update demand planning systems and tools.
• Identify and communicate potential supply and demand issues.
• Support monthly demand review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 / hr.
