Principal, Product Analytics & Insights

Auctane is seeking a Principal, Product Analytics & Insights to lead the company's enterprise-wide product performance measurement, insights, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product analytics, operations, business intelligence, or related fields, with experience scaling product analytics and operations across multiple product lines.

The role will involve defining and standardizing key product and business metrics, establishing a global product analytics framework, and driving data-driven product decision-making. The candidate will also be responsible for leading deep-dive analyses, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency, and influencing product and executive stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Define, standardize, and own key product and business metrics across all Auctane products.
• Establish a global product analytics framework to drive prioritization and investment decisions.
• Build portfolio-wide metric waterfalls and cohort models to evaluate user journeys and revenue expansion.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and risks, and identify opportunities for cross-product synergies.
