Description
We have an excellent opportunity for Chipper Operators on our Chipseal crew in Boise, Idaho.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
- Perform assigned tasks as directed. This may include various equipment operations and laboring
- Knowledge of Chipper Spreader equipment a plus
- Person shall demonstrate the ability to safely and productively perform duties as assigned
- Person shall communicate and listen effectively
- Perform general maintenance and grease equipment as necessary
- Persons shall be able to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel
- Job requires steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity including : standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking
Minimum Qualifications :
General knowledge of chip seal road construction helpfulA high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferredValid driver's licenseMust be able to work day shifts and night shifts. Shifts may vary according to project demandsMust be able to work in all weather conditionsMust be willing to travel if job requiresMust pass a pre-employment drug screenHow to Apply :
